The pizza is good when you can get a hold of them to order one. We live in Paxton and started calling when we left home so it... would be ready when we got there. No one ever picked up, and when we finally got to the store, the guy was super rude. Figured Iwould try again tonight. After working almost 12 hours, got off work at 8:20. Walked out to my car and immediately startedcalling to try to order a pizza to take home. No one answered the phone until after 9:00, which is when they close conveniently.Even their website would not let me order online. I ordered 4 cups of the garlic sauce with my order?I got home, which is 20 miles away and not convenient at all to just stop... back in to Pizza Hut?They gave me 4 marinara sauces. I called them once I found the only mistake in my order and the dude thatanswered got all mad and started yelling at me and told me to bring it back to get my garlic sauce. It is not my responsibilityto make sure my order is correct before I leave, it is their responsibility and their job. I?ve lived most of my life in thisarea and I have been going to Pizza Hut for ages?after that uncalled for reaction from the person that answered the phone, IWILL NO LONGER GO TO OGALLALA PIZZA HUT AGAIN?They didn?t even apologize for the mess up and didn?t ask if they can compensateme in any way. Even the $3.21 as a credit to my Pizza Hut account would have made me happy, but instead they acted very rudely,got mad and was yelling at me. Uncalled for and they have lost my business. I will be making another call in the morning andreporting that incident. If someone can?t be polite about a simple situation in customer service then they need to find anotherjob where they do not have customer service responsibility. Read more
BEST CHOICE FOR PIZZA HUT A MUST STOP IF YOU WANT REALLY GOOD PIZZA! Always our favorite place to get real pizza hut quality... food. We have ordered just about everything and there pizza's are top notch for the brand. Always loaded with toppings noskimping cooked great and timely. Cant he be beat for quality of food or time it takes to make. To many time have we waited overand hr for the wrong pizza even when they were slow at other locations no such issues here. Friendly staff never had an issuewith anyone being behaving professional. Great classic atmosphere, always clean, brings me back to childhood memories of Pizzahut. Cost is not bad at all either. We just started using the app and it works as well as calling or dining in very rare for acompany to actually achieve that. Keep up the great work guys! Read more
This pizza shop is more like home made pizza which was so delicious.. I ordered a veggie pizaa, unlike other pizza shops, it... had lot of fresh veggies I hv ever seen.. You can see that in the photo I shared.. worth to stop here if you are traveling inI-80. Read more
