We stopped through the drive thru this morning on our way through and the lady who took our order didn't even let us finish, so... we pulled to the window and my brother asked if they were in a hurry, she told him that drive thru was timed and slammed thedoor on him. I couldn't careless if drive thru is timed because now I have 2 hungry kids in the car who didn't get food becausethey are to concerned about themselves. I sure hope their kids never go hungry because someone was so rude to them. This placedoesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible service in my books! Read more

Fun little restaurant. Got to learn the new automated checkout queues. They took a moment. Just slow down and read the screen... and you should do better than me! Kind staff. Tasty food. So disappointed. My McDonald?s standard is low in general. We were driving across the country to get back home to Massachusetts.... I just wanted a chicken sandwich. My husband 2 plain burgers. This is my chicken sandwich after first receiving a double burgerwith just ketchup. Fries were warm but not hot. Also sign on door clearly states a mask mandate. Not one other customer and notone employee had a mask on. There was also a disgruntled customer at the drive thru and staff swore instead of trying to makethe customer happy. Read more
Fast and courteous customer service. However, on July 7th (it was my fiancé's and my anniversary, that's how I remember this... date), at around 11pm, I personally received two raw cheeseburgers. I also didn't receive the bottled water they charged me for,since I apparently couldn't get a fountain water with my meal. I wasted about $15 in one night, because they had closed by thetime I had looked at the burgers. As a local, I have visited this establishment many times, and whenever I order before thistime, they seem to be cooked. However, after 10pm, it's seeming to be a hit or miss.. I was hesitant to post this after that, asit could have been a one-time mistake, but then my brother had received two raw burgers at night time as well, a few days afterthis situation. So, here it is. We are both food service employees too and know that serving non-hazardous food is MANDATORY. Idon't know if the night shift is trying to be speedy, which I understand to a degree, but not at the sacrifice of quality andsafety.. In no way am I trying to shame these employees or employers, but I hope they may take the time to review this. UPDATE:Yet again, it's midnight and just received another raw cheeseburger ????????
