Where to begin. Consistently run out of fountain drinks. Bathrooms are disgusting, the grounds are packed full of litter. 6... employees working but only one cashier with a line around the store. They won?t put out of service bags on their gas pumps ifthey are out of fuel, they just let you stand there wondering why the pumps don?t work. If you go inside to ask, they?re nonapologetic and don?t care that they are wasting your time. Since they opened this location they have been unable to keep amanager and their employee roster is a revolving door. 1 star is better than they deserve. Why can?t you spend two hours a weekpicking up the trash, spend one hour a day deep cleaning the bathrooms. Hire a second cashier. Because of location and fuelprices and pizza this is the busiest gas station with the worst work ethic and management. Read more
Watched manager walking around with large ball of pizza dough at least 15 minutes while doing nothing to try and settle an issue... with the pizza box tops laughing at customer (me) with the help . The last time I stopped at this same Casey's similarsituation. Read more
Clean, good coffee and pastry selection. Nice staff. My husband had paid for our coffees and when we got to the car, he took the... lid off and somehow a fly had gotten in there. He went back to get another coffee and she gave him his money back and apologizedeven though it wasn't her fault! So thoughtful! ?? Read more
Was pretty busy when we stopped in at 10am. So many people the mens toilet flooded. Other than that it seems like a pretty great... stop with a variety of foods/drinks. They have an ATM and Ice. By 10am most of the sandwiches and things needed to be stocked. Read more
First things first: you should stop here for gas, it's a good price for the area. The store is stocked, although they don't have... filtered water at the sofa fountain and the tap tastes lousy. Here's the thing that drives me nuts about this place though; thecustomers here are the rudest of any gas station I've stopped at between Denver and Omaha. The pumps are often full, with peoplecircling and waiting for a free one. Even though this condition is obvious, customers here pretend they can't see it and as soonas they start pumping their own gas, they leave their car parked to go visit the store. Their unoccupied car takes up a neededgas pump long after the tank is full which never takes very long. Be a better customer and neighbor. Please park your car afteryou fill the tank instead of treating the gas pump as a parking spot. Read more
Nice Casey?s located right off the highway. Prices were reasonable and the store was clean. Parking lot had plenty of space to... maneuver the pumps. Bathrooms were clean. Read more
Always out of gas, short staffed. I always try to give this place a try because I like Casey?s food/drinks and it should be a... one stop shop. Have the time I have to get gas across the street. I?d recommend Fat Dogs instead. They don?t disappoint likethis place Read more
