Food is always good most of the help is friendly. My order was wrong but they corrected it quickly. Kinda pricey.

This is the saddest moment of my life. It is a sad day in America when an "All-American" fast food restaurant forgets my bacon... on my bacon single burger. I basically asked for only bacon.. burger on the side.. and what does this restaurant hand me?Sadness. That is what. The lack of care from the staff is what really has me sad on this very sad day in America. I vent to thehundrum cashier about my unfortunate distaste for beef due to Covid I had almost a year ago, thanks Biden, and I sadly expressmy unwaivering want for bacon.. no sauce, no onions, no tomatoes with the burger on the side.. and lo and behold.. the gift ofsadness presented to me in a foil wrap of lies. Guess I'm not good enough for bacon at this travesty they call A&W in Ogallala,Nebraska. I will kindly but sadly go home and self-harm until I bleed this excruciating sadness out of my baconless veins andrely no more on A&W to bring forth happiness in my life. Thank you A&W. I love this place I really do but the people working were very slow and I waited for about 30 minutes.
Absolutely not the place to eat if u want to get going . We wait for 20 minutes . And our food was not a bit warm even . The... root beer floats were a joke . They had a very small dab of icecream . Nothing worth talking about . Than to top it off ? we areout of ketchup ? . I have never been to a place thats put of ketchup !! The tables had some ketchup bottles on them but weremostly empty . Our order was wrong also . I asked for no cheese and i got cheese . We ordered a spicy papa burger . It came as aregular papa burger . Read more
Was busy at lunchtime, so had to wait a little. I enjoyed my cheese coney with onion rings and root beer freeze!
Glad we found an A& W on our trip. Food was good. Sad there was no indoor seating allowed (temporarily), but the the lady at the... gas station register informed us that there was a seating area under a canopy with picnic tables behind the building. So weordered at the drive thru, parked,,and ate outdoors. Perfect weather and had great food and root beer. Relaxing break fromdriving all day. Friendly staff at restaurant and gas station! Read more
