Great food!! Service was exceptional. I have only tried the ribs and steak, and as you can see from my photo, they are amazing!... I forgot to take a before picture, but I think the empty plates show you just as well how great the food is. Wonderfulatmosphere as well. One of my favorite places for a Caesar salad! This location continues to grow more disappointing. Went for dinner the day before Father’s Day so it was busy and service... took a bit longer (as expected) so I have no complaints about that. However, their parking lot holds so few cars that peopleoften have to park across the street at Home Depot and walk across the street - wonderful when you have three young children andall of the baggage that accompanies them. The temperature inside the restaurant must have been 80 degrees. Everyone wasexceptionally sweaty. There were 6 of us and we were put at a 4 person booth with an extended table with chairs. The peoplesitting in the chairs at the end had about 12-14” of table available to use for their plate. When trying to cut a steak, I hadto tuck my elbow in against my side (cutting with T-Rex arms) to stop from being walked into constantly. I understand that theywere trying to get more parties of 5-6 seated but I would have rather waited a bit longer to be comfortable. They also had thebase of their smokers outpost sitting right off the curb in front of the main entrance and it was smoking so bad I swore it wason fire when we first showed up. The seating area is directly in the sun around dinner time and the only shade against thebuilding was unusable due to the wasps swarming around the nests all along the eaves of the building. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I have NEVER complained at a restaurant! I understand things gets busy but someone... was just not doing their job. Arrived at 4:40 and was seated at 5:05. Not to bad. We got our drink order and ordered our foodwithin the first 10 minutes of being seated. Got drinks right away. It took 25 minutes to get our appetizer and 40 minutes toget our salads. After an hour and five minutes I asked the waitress if she knew when our food was coming. She said that theywere taking care of to go orders first and was sorry it was taking so long. I talked with a man that claimed to be the managerand told him how long we had been there and our drinks hadn’t even been refilled. He apologized and said he would see what wasgoing on. He never returned. I stopped the waitress one last time after an hour and 25 minutes and she said they were stillworking on our order. I told her there was a table that was seated 25 minutes after us that had already received their food. Sheapologized but still no answer as to when we would have our food. After an hour and 30 minutes we got up and left since no oneelse ever came to our table to let us know what was going on. This place needs some serious help in the management department!!! Read more
