Got in waited at the table for a while before a waitress even came by. Then our food took over 30 minutes- we ordered 1 pizza.... By the time it got to our table our waitress said she didn't know how to serve it because we had our toddler with us- she thenapathetically suggested us moving to a booth. This after when we first came in with our toddler and made them aware we'd need ahigh chair and they said "oh just pick a place." It was clear we were not the only ones waiting for long periods of time- I sawpeople behind the counter but it looked like there was only one waitress. I understand her apathy if one of those people hadbothered to help with just passing out waters and menus. I understand when places are busy or if there is a shortage in staff-but there was no sort of warning to how long the wait would be or update on the food and no apology. Very best pizza and Italian sandwich anywhere! They really load them up too. The dining room is warm and inviting and our... waitress was fantastic. The store manager even came out to introduce himself and asked how our food was. I have been to severalSteph's locations over the years but this one is by far the best. We will definitely be back! We?ve ordered pizza for delivery before and wasn?t happy with the quality of the pizza. Decided to try again. The pizza was a... lot better, but it was stuck to the delivery box. I?ve never had a pizza delivered from a pizza place before where we had toscrape the pizza off the box to be able to eat it. Probably won?t try again. Read more
