Yesterday I ordered the new Angel Food smoothie they've been promoting and a Pineapple Surf. The only flavor you can taste in... the Angel Food is old bananas, not even joking. As far as the Pineapple Surf it tasted like they put too much bleach in theirsanitation water which mixed in with the smoothie. Needless to say we threw both of them out and this was a waste of $20. the smoothies are good but the customer service at this location is terrible. i called and asked to place an order and she said... ?no?. I was confused and asked again and then she said ?okay go ahead?. i tried placing the order and she was being verydifficult, i decided to not order any more and hung up the phone. Read more

I enjoy there large smoothie choice. I tried a new blend and I am living it. The wait was a bit longer than normal, but there... was a Friday smoothie promotion going. The two workers were trying to keep on top of all the online orders and the walk incustomers. They did let the walk in customer know about how long it might take to serve them. I appreciated hearing that becausethis allowed us to choose to wait if we had the time. Read more
The smoothies are good, but the customer service at this location is horrible. The past couple times I went in, there was only... 1 person out front while 2 others were in the back with a line of people that haven?t even ordered yet. After 10 min of justwaiting, the girl finally went and got help. That and the card reader they have is 7 out of 10 times broken. The staff coulddefinitely benefit from some additional training. I purchased the Lemon ginger spinach smoothie (32 oz.) and once the young man making the smoothie was pouring the contents of... the smoothie into a cup he stopped a good inch from the top when filling. Also I proceeded to ask him if he was going to dumpthe rest of my the smoothie that he clearly could've fit in the cup, and he just looked at me said with a blank tone "no." Ithen stood there for a few minutes thinking he was going to give me the rest of what i paid for. The smoothie itself isn't theworst one i've had although it could've been blended better as it still has some powdery-ness to the consistency. Normally Idon't have an issue coming to this location, but when you're gonna charge $11.50 for a smoothie then I want all of that smoothieI paid for. Read more
