This location has taken a nose dive in the current, toxic climate of today. Mr. Personality at the drive-thru charged me full... price for my order after clearly handing him a coupon on top of my card. Didn't realize it until I got home and looked at thereceipt. I wouldn't have ordered what I did for the insane full price. Same guy prepared the worst, skimpiest tacos we've everhad from here a few weeks ago. We used to frequent this Hardee's and had consistent, good experiences but in today's world, itnever happens anymore. One of these days I will learn my lesson and stop going to places like this for good. Read more

Drive thru was way to long of a wait... I waited at the order window for 7 mins until they got back to me!!

Excellent grilled chicken burrito... service and food dinged one star, because wife ordered burger with no cheese, and they left... it on(melted to the meat) was difficult to scrape off, but we were late driving through town, and needed food, so we dealt withit. Read more

Sign on door said new limited hours can't get people to work. Soda machine and ice machine were turned off! Had to give my cup... back to the counter person, whi was very busy trying to do everything including drive thru. Read more

I ordered the loaded omelette biscuit. And when I was handed the bag it almost felt like nothing was in there. I looked at the... sandwich while the guy ran my card for payment and this is the worst sandwich I?ve received from here by far!! RARELY do I gohere. There had to have been maybe 3 little pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of sausage inside this thin piece of egg. I almosthanded the sandwich back to them because I felt beyond insulted!!! Instead I threw it away as soon as I got home. I won?t begoing back here again that?s for sure!!! Read more

As with many other fast food joints this one suffers from lack of labor..the Manager is working the counter and drive thru. She... doesn't appear to be pleased about it, either..floors were disgusting. Small lake in front of the drink fountain. Probably timeto close the dinning room and just offer drive thru. Read more

Ordered food, staff very accommodating, I turned around. Got my order to go. Floor and tables absolutely disgusting. Hadn't... been cleaned for a while. Went out to the truck and now I know why everyone was eating in there cars in the parking lot. No onewas inside and I see why. Sad day for such great employees to work in a filth pot like this. On this day, we opted to go inside, specifically because I wanted a taco salad, which is not exactly an on-the-go meal.. lol. ... There was 1 gentleman in front of us.. he seemed to be off to the side, as if he had already ordered.. so we asked him how longhe'd been waiting. "Bout 5 minutes." Ugh... we decided to stay - we were already there, and it **couldn't** be much longer. We chatted with the gentleman for a good while (5 more minutes or so), and were acknowledged by the gal behind the counter onceor twice .. "So sorry.. I'll be there as soon as I possibly can". Once we ordered, my husband, who used to manage a Hardeeswhile he was in college in the 90s, noticed there were only 3 employees. Total. Counter, drive thru, food service, the wholebit. 3 employees. This made our almost 10 minute wait cheesecake compared yo what they're accomplishing!! Those three werebusting their rumps, getting food out as quickly as they could, and ACCURATE, I might add!! Another couple came in, statingthey too were former employees and from that location. Knowing how short staffed they were, one of them ordered a custom madeshake.. something different had to be done than a "usual" shake. The gal in front (who is the manager) didn't hesitate for onesecond. She made the shake just as he had requested, and did it very quickly. All 3 of them had great attitudes, given I'msure they're all being stretched to the limits!! Admittedly, we were initially frustrated at how long things were taking, butas soon as we recognized what was going on BEHIND the counter, extra patience was easy to find. The crew from that day deservesextra kudos!! We were there on Sunday, June 5th around 1pm. Read more
