I have really given this place chance after chance. A couple months ago it was having 3 people behind me get their drinks/food... before my iced tea (bc they forgot), waiting over 30 minutes in line, being out of certain donuts, etc. Today was my lastattempt. The line was wrapped around the building and I went inside. I was told they would not serve me bc they are only takingonline orders inside. There was no signs on the door or anything. When I asked about a sign, the worker just looked confused. Read more

Went here just a few days ago and the service was phenomenal. I came back today and there was maybe 2 cars in line, so I got in... line and placed my order. I waited 45 minutes for those 2 cars in front of me to get taken care of before I got up to thewindow. When I finally got up to the window, I paid and was handed my coffees, which were watered down and gross. They almostforgot my sandwiches- I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels and recieved two bacon egg and cheese croissants. I?m trying tobe kind because I understand they?re short-staffed but still Read more

Time spent in the drive through: 40 minutes. When I finally arrived at the order kiosk: "Sorry, we're understaffed," then,... "We're out of donuts." Possible solution, write "out of donuts" on the back of a donut box and place it where people in linecan see it. Or, pay workers a competitive wage that makes them want to show up. This experience, and two similar ones beforeit, have driven our family toward a permanent replacement. Schnuck's bakery makes great donuts, and although Dunkin coffee ishard to beat, we'll manage. My advice is to avoid this location. Read more

After waiting 40 minutes in the drive-thru line on a Sunday morning, my husband reached the speaker to order and was told the... restaurant was out of doughnuts. At 9 am (he entered the line at 8:25). On a Sunday morning. I can understand beingshort-staffed and even having low inventory, but if you're restaurant is completely out of the main item you sell (or runningextremely low) when there is a line of cars wrapped around the building, wouldn't it make sense to make some kind of effort toinform those folks that the item they are waiting for is unavailable? A sign, a staff member quickly walking to each car to letthem know, *something* so people can seek an alternative instead of wasting so much time. So supe frustrating. Read more

I really enjoy The donuts at Dunkin, my husband?s favorite are their plain original. However, I only ordered 4 donuts through... the drive through. I got to the window, paid over 5.00 and was handed a bag. Fortunately I looked in the bag before leaving. 2of the 4 were wrong! Not one mention to me about why. Something so simple and the order was wrong! Check your order before youpull away Read more
