Worst place I've ever dealt with-- takes forever to get pizza, and it's usually not right when you finally do get it. The... manager lady is SO rude and disrespectful if you do have an issue, and nobody seems to care about customer satisfaction, whichspeaks volumes for the management and owners. Ordered a pizza and got it it was burnt and no hot sauce and no extra extra cheese which I paid for. Called and they said they... would remake it. Drove up there the ?manager? was rude and would not exchange my pizza because I took literally two bitesbecause I was just gonna try to eat it burnt and not even call them but after trying a bite noticed no hot sauce or extra cheeseand of course it tasted like trash so drove up there he argued with me so wasted my time and gas to get nothing accomplished. I placed an order over the phone at 6:30 and was told that it would be ready between 7:20 and 7:40. At 9pm I still hadn't... received my pizza and the lady on the other line hung up on me. I hope that wasn't a manager because I will be follow up. Thatis very poor customer service. Read more
