I love them the only the only thing that I don?t like is that they have order ahead available for in store pick up but when you... get there you have to go through the drive through because the door is locked. What is the point of order ahead of you have togo through the drive through anyway? I love them by the way. Just turn order ahead off. Staff is also friendly and respectful. Read more
Terrible , 3 associates working and the woman with the long black braids made all the cold drinks I ordered and let?s just say... the drinks were not made according to the Starbucks menus. No taste and the Carmel was put on top of the Frappuccino. Wastedmoney when traveling will not go there again. Everyone needs retrained in my opinion. This store randomly closes early and will only accept mobile orders through a drive-thru and with the person ordering in a car.... However, their app still takes orders and charges your payment method even when the ?cafe? is closed. When I brought this to theworkers? attention, they were dismissive and rude. Staff is super nice and quick. Parking is a bit tricky getting in here, I had to circle around twice to figure out the entrance... for it. The drive thru line around the shop was huge. My order came out quick and efficient. Read more
Excellent and efficient, this location was well staffed. My drink came out as ordered and I witnessed the team working with... multiple customers on non standard drink choices. The one challenge to be aware of is that local businesses plus a nearbyhighway can make for a busy morning shift. Read more
Starbucks seems to take pride in selecting the right employees for the job. I've never had any issues from this location, and... they've always been prompt at getting orders out. For how busy the location is, they do a very good job at keeping solidservice. A friendly atmosphere with a good selection of what you'd normally expect. The location is a bit crammed if you'relooking to park, but otherwise - it's a great experience. Read more
Order taken on app at 1;50, arrived at O'Fallon Illinois lobby and was closed. Was told to go through drive through. Asked if... coffee would still be hot and fresh since order was ready 2 and there were 12 cars ahead of us. Manager said rudely that thiercups were superior quality and would keep coffee hot. Received coffee at 2:20 and it was not hot. They said remade it . Yes itwas hot but this time it was regular coffee instead of the 4 shot expresso Carmel latte that I paid for.
