Extremely friendly service at this new location. They only have the drive thru so be patient as they make one drink at a time. I... don?t know why you would give this place a negative review. They are trying their best to be fast and very nice. It?s a littleweird that there are parking spaces along the drive thru lane coming in and not a whole lot of room for people to back out withcars lined up. Read more

Tried drive thru at around 4pm. Two cars were ahead of us. Stopped at speaker waited for 3 to 4 min. No greeting...nothing. Said... hello, still not a word. Saw a worker taking out the trash with a head set on. Still nothing. Drove through saw a older blondelady with ponytail at the window sitting there, the two cars were gone.So we knew it was open and not busy. We took our businessto Starbucks up the road. I guess I will continue to go to your Mascoutah and Glen Carbon stores and avoid this one if I wantScooters. Read more
Does not even deserve a one star. Customer service was extremely rude, spilled the drink on my car, blatantly judgmental about... who I was based on said drink, and I could barely say half of my order without being interrupted by the staff. The coffee itselfthough wasn?t bad, but not worth the trouble. Very disappointing. Read more
Great experience! Was greeted by I believe the owner passing out flyers and just being very informative. I got a sugarfree Red... Bull infusion with a splash of cream which was freaking amazing! and the price was very reasonable compared to Starbucks. Willdefinitely be returning again! Read more
