This is one of the worst run restaurants I?ve ever seen. Doors are always locked so you can?t go inside. They are always out of... food, and if they aren?t then they?re having computer problems and can?t take your order. At night during operating hours theyhave all the lights off to appear closed, but they?re actually open. The online ordering is usually not available for thislocation either. Read more
I went through the drive through around 5:15 today. I did not get a receipt handed to me and was told it was in the bag. The... order was incorrect which I?m not surprised about because the girl taking the order was busy talking to someone else and askedme to repeat it twice. I ordered 2 bowls of fried rice with orange chicken and a 2 dish with noodles, orange chicken, and angusbeef. Here?s what I got: 2 bowls of noodles that were not cooked and 4 pieces of orange chicken each. The platter had barelycooked noodles, three pieces of beef and a couple pieces of orange chicken. All of this was $27 too. Such a complete waste ofmoney! I tried to call about my order, but the phone goes directly to a message that states, ?No one is available to take yourcall. Good bye.? What a convenient message! After reading other reviews of this particular Panda Express, the message makessense. The service and the food both deserve a negative star rating. This Panda Express is routinely "out of" multiple menu options...everything from chicken to noodles to several different drinks... at once. Some days they are cash only, others are only card or exact change. As long as the drive through line always is, you'dexpect the food to taste fresh but it typically tastes old and dried out. No other Panda that we stop at is so consistentlydisappointing. This location needs much better management and quality control. Read more

Rip Off via Drive Thru & Closed Dinning Room: Realizing things are tough these days yet the dining room was close due to lack of... workers and a customer could only use the drive-thru... So management believes they can take advantage of paying drive thrucustomers by giving less than appropriate portions to cheat the customer in a drive thru situation. 2 single entres with 1 pop &1 water. $20 on the receipt. I brought a bus load of students from Glenwood, Iowa on Easter Sunday and every restaurant in the area was closed. Pandas drive... through was open but the manager was kind enough to open the lobby for my students. They were understaffed and overworked butthe food was excellent, came out quicker than expected and my kids were very thankful. We will stop here every time we passthrough from now on. I like Panda Express, food is generally excellent.... But this one is dyslexic. During the Pandemic the Drive through is open,... but they are only open to the delivery services to pick up orders, you couldn't call in and pick it up. Recently you couldn'tgo in a all, it's only drive through. The next day Drive through is open, you can go in, take out or eat in. The next day thedrive through is open, you can go in, but can't eat in. The next day the drive through is open, but you can only go in to getorders called in, you can't order. If you do Drive through, make sure to check your order before pulling away from the window. Since the Pandemic started, they are always out of something. More than once they've figured out ways to screw up orders.. Iasked them why they are having such bizarre operating rules, the girl said they are short staffed. I had plenty of time to seein when I was waiting in the drive-through. There were 3 girls working the window and 2 guys cooking. This may be poormanagement. Read more
