Host was friendly and pretty accurate with the wait time. The server was terrible. She didn't write our order down. She brought... the wrong drinks. When the person brought our food we were missing the ranch dressing for the chicken. The waitress neverchecked back to the table. We needed refills. She didn't come back till we were done eating. I placed my online order at 11:40am. I received a confirmation email stating my order was received and will be ready at 12:05pm.... Being that this was a Sunday morning I knew that many placed might run behind on their tickets. I arrived to pick up my order at12:30pm. The hostess asked for my name and proceeded to locate my order. She was searching and turn to another worker asking formy order. No order. I asked to speak to the manager after 10 minutes. The manager stated my order never came across the screen.He stated he has received over 80,000 orders today and my order never appeared. Apparently a door dash person was able to comeand grab food they placed on the table. I am still awaiting a refund. Read more

we walked in right before 4 yesterday (tuesday) and there was literally only 1 person there working. apparently everyone else... hadn?t shown up. the one lady working there informed up she was our waitress and cook. there was one other table in there whenwe got there and the one employee managed to make sure we were both taken care of, food was cooked efficiently and tasted great!she made sure she was available if we needed her and she was very nice/attentive!! i would?ve left 5 stars but there were somany flies in the restaurant it was hard to eat at some points Read more

Food was terrible, service was hardly there, tablesnot cleaned off whole time there, manager doing all the work and like other... workers sitting on their phones, flies everywhere, ask for a refill get big to go cups, food was overcooked and watermelon wasbad yet served it. Closed doors to the public at 3pm due to no staff. Need someone who cares about being there to work allaround won't let back in this was second try and still same. Whole restaurant needs an update and food too and staff r close thedoors very disappointing and only one around. Guys, I would say to avoid IHOP #2046 in Ofallon IL. The store is falling apart. I saw some bits cut out of the awning near the... outdoor camera. Walking in they had caution signs up and a floor dryer going like the roof had leaked. The floor was sticky andso was part of our table. Our waitress was nice enough. She misheard me I guess. I ordered my daughter the regular kids pancakemeal with 2 bacon. She brought out the cupcake pancake. She claimed I said that but heard the 2 bacon. Okay fine, simplemisunderstanding. We had no syrup at our table and no salt. She had to get syrup from a different table and we had to get thesalt from yet another table. The ceiling tiles looked like some of them could fall at any time, my daughter asked my husband afew times if the roof was gonna fall. I used the restroom and really wish I hadn't. It was absolutely disgusting! The floor wasextremely sticky . You can hear and feel it as you walk. There was something gross looking on the lid of the sanitary napkin binand a dirty used up band aid. Something under the drain and I had sunflower seed shells in there too. Also what almost lookedlike dried blood on the door. When I got up from the toilet I literally stepped out of my shoe. It stuck to the floor. The sinkslooked like they hadn't gotten a decent cleaning in forever. I can't imagine how the kitchen must look if that's how thebathrooms are. I had a build your own omelet with French toast and hash browns. Omgosh so much food! The omelet was huge and the best omelet I... have ever had. My mom had French toast with strawberries and bananas. Our waitress was great too. Everyone that we saw was verynice. The tables were clean and so was the bathroom. Read more

French toast was like uncooked egg and bread with no cinnamon or vanilla. I called hoping for a refund and they insisted on... remaking the order which I'm fine with, but the second batch was the same, albeit more cooked the second time.
