I found something open until 1AM so I thought I was good. Wrong! Wrong! Mobile ordered it, cool 5 cars ahead of me not trippin... it's late, I wait what seems like forever, but it's late, I get to my turn and my salad, chicken part takes 5 mins took cook,soooo that whole time after you got my order and I waited 5/10 mins you knew the chicken took time to cook you waited until Igot to the window to tell me that instead of having it done already? 2 I wait 12 mins and you told me it would be 5, 3rd, mysalad comes with Blue Cheese crumbles, my salad doesn't have ANY. The self kiosk is horribly slow. Chicken sandwich was hard as the table. Fries were cold cold. Order was wrong even using the... kiosk. No door handle on the side door. Both bathrooms are family bathrooms with a sink in the hallway. Horrible place. This ismy one chance. I?ll go clear across town before I eat here ever again. Wendy?s on faudree in Odessa. Read more
Won?t come back. Went to the drive thru. Soon as the employee open the window, he shoved the bags In my face. He looked very... angry at me. Food was messed up. Had no straws, napkins, sauce, ketchup, just the food. I?ve been there 4 times and each time itis getting worse. They are brand new and I can?t imagine a year open. They need to do better way better. Very very poor service, all the girls there seemed like they hated being there. Took forever to take our order and we we got up... to the window, they already forgot what to bag up. On top of all this, they just shoved all the items into one bag, causing thebag to tear apart and dropping all of our food onto the ground? I would have put a 0 star rating if it would have let me. So new place in town, let's try some Wendy's Hot n Juicy! So of course, it's new so it's cool clean and in order. Well staffed... too. Food was to order and timely. Lady who took my order could not have been better! I cut up a bit as we know. She's a champlet me tell you, with a perfect smile n laugh! But boss man please! Human kindness is more rare than it should be, I just wishI could have shared with her without her getting in trouble. Where there's a will.... Next time I'm thru I'll stop again! Best and Newest Wendy?s in town. Food is always fresh and the service is quick. Workers always smiling.
Live close so we?ve been about 5 times. Each time there has been an issue with our orders, receiving wrong item, hamburger... undercooked, chicken hard as a brick and old, asking for food in advance fresh, ended up waiting 15 minutes up front and it wasnever brought out. Might as well tear it down or let another restaurant move in with better employees and management. Read more
Terrible experience. No napkins or straws given. Also they handed me my bag said "wait hold on we gave you the wrong burger"... verified my order for a few minutes, which was a Baconator dry, and gave me my order. I get home and guess what? My burger wasstill wrong!! They gave me a regular cheeseburger with everything on it. Read more
