We were in there the other day, the service, and the food was amazing!!! From the moment we walked in the door, your hostess,... Bailey, made us feel right at home and suggested we get the gator bites as our appetizer. I've always wanted to try them but wasnever brave enough to order them, not ever having alligator before. I think that is my new favorite item from your menu. Ourserver, Mikayla, was so attentive, we haven't had service like that in a very long time. It's rare that my steak ever comes outperfect, the kitchen nailed it, right down to our sides, the food and the service was phenomenal! The restaurant and bathroomwere spotless. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I pay attention to detail. It's nice to know we still have arestaurant here, that takes pride in being in the industry, and delivering such an amazing guest experience. It's obvious thatyour whole restaurant works together, like a well oiled machine. Something I haven't seen in a very long time. Today is the last time I eat here. This place was awesome in every aspect when they first opened but the last three visits were... the worst. There is never anyone at the front desk when you walk-in. If short staff is the issue then get a bell and sign thatsays ?ring for service?. Restrooms are disgusting, paper and trash on the floor, vents caked with dirt and over flowing bin offem products. The funny thing is that the Manager was washing her hands and it didn?t bother her one bit. After leaving therestroom I couldn?t stop thinking about what the kitchen must look like behind the scenes. Took forever to get my salad and whenI finally did it looked like they scraped the salad from the bottom of the barrel, you know? that brown and pink soggy kind.Yeah, not coming back here. I would have taken more pics but I think you should come and judge for yourself. Floors are superdirty. The menu has great items and the blackened Caesar salad was my favorite. I?ve never been to Walk-Ons and I was incredibly pleased for my first time. The atmosphere and food were great, but the best... part was the service! Poor service...cob salad was very PLAIN ...SEE PHOTO. There was 2 bites of avocado, no bacon, a tiny bit of small crumbles of... egg, no tomato... or anything else... My Sister and niece split the The vegie burger was cold, no melted cheese, bun cold andhard. Told server and no new burger was offered. Good spot to eat a grab a stiff drink????????! The front of the house hostess seating needs work, forgetting about guests. Bit... it was a good experience! Beer was cold and drinks were pricey but good. The food was good. I had the burger with the egg, solid7, wife had the blackened chickened, cooked we but flavor was a little weird like a Rosemary Seasoning or something. A littlepricey, food is good, I recommend the Shrimp appetizer with the sauce, that was fantastic! Good Ambience with the TV????????s,that's what ppl go for!! Our first experience was pretty good. We ordered a couple of appetizers before the actual meals. The waitress did a pretty good... job. The alligator bites tasted like plastic, which was disappointing. The cheese sticks or "logs" were awesome, as were therest of the appetizers. The voodoo shrimp was absolutely fantastic.
