I love taco bell but the manager was kind of rude and very short on her explanation when my son said he wanted a chicken... sandwich from the KFC and she can't see I guess because she was talking to my son but called him a female plus she was gazing inthe wrong direction so I took it as she must not have her glasses on. This place is very slow, takes forever to get your stuff, they are quick to take your money on the drive thru but will not give... you your food. Read more

I eat at taco bell! I will not be returning to the one on county road west in odessa, tx! I sat in the drive thru waiting 20... minutes on 1 burito & 1 taco! They were not busy at all! Haven?t been to this location in about 3 years because of bad experiences in the past so I decided to give them a chance again... and I definitely regret my decision and will never be returning. Half of my order was wrong and I had to ?pull up? behind twocars already waiting ahead in the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes while a car behind us continuously honked.
