Terrible experience at this location.. The employees are rude and treat you like you are stupid. I asked a simple question... since they were out of the kids pizza meal. I ask if it was discontinued, I was rudely told WE DONT HAVE THAT. Never beentreated like that at any fast food place. Wont be going back... Read more
2/2/22 @1:00 p.m., Two employees with beards, one a large beard, no beard coverings or face masks standing over open food bins.... Server tore up wet bread while "slicing", told him three times what kind of bread, what kind of cheese twice, he had to ask whatis flat bread, piled up what must have been way over recommended amounts of ingredients on our sandwiches, (I looked around fora hidden camera to see if it was a prank) had to tell him to put bacon on a chicken bacon sandwich before he toasted it, askedfor pepper jack cheese and got both pepper jack & american cheese as he wondered aimlessly from one bin to the next, loosing hisplace, first adding some pepper jack then some american, he gave me lots of cheese & chicken & bacon, forgot my sandwich in thetoaster & toasted it way too long. Took the sandwich anyway. He must have been training (I hope) But, what appeared to be theshift leader who was in charge of this employee, was too busy with his phone to supervise or train. Upon leaving, he awakenedenough to offer a thank you, then I saw my sandwich maker touch his face with his gloved hand & continue serving... LoveSubway, will purchase elsewhere. Made an online order. Waited in line 20 min past p/u time. Eric was working with no help. I had to remind him to add cheese &... fold the ends of my wrap in. The wrap & sandwiches were all made wrong. Disappointed in management. There should always be morethan one employee running a lunch shift. Read more

The food is fresh, it's good and a great value for your hard earned money.
So i enter for soup at 4pm on this Wednesday. First off I enter and I'm the only person in there. The employee said I'll be... with you in just a minute.. as she stood there for 5 minutes, I'm watching her text on her phone. I proceeded to as if they hadany soup.... her response was no.
