Let me start off by saying we are not "fast food or lunch meat" eaters... This was an impromptu stop. Nice selection of 12... speciality subs to choose from along with some of the originals.... or make your own personal combination. Very friendly staff,went above and beyond. Service was quick and professional. Jackie was fantastic and seemed like she truly enjoyed her job! Cleanestablishment. Two young people working were very friendly and helpful. I just think they might need some help. During lunch they are swamped... with people and they are out of lots of items. I was disappointed in the meatballs I got for my sandwich, unfortunately theywere way over cooked and hard. Management help your team out. Read more
You get 1 stat because it?s is the only way I can write a review. I would rather go hungry than go here again. Go there at... 12:10pm, the only had whole wheat bread left. No problem, I like whole wheat bread, problem was I think the bread was made 2weeks ago. Ask for a BMT, they have no pepperoni. Change it to a cold cut combo. Go to pick the veggies, all they have left islettuce and black olives. The lettuce looks like it?s ready to walk out on its own. Ask for little ranch on it and she putsabout 1/2 the bottle on it. Maybe try paying attention to what the customer asks. I guess that?s what you get around here whenit comes to staff. Never again. The service was awful per usual. The employees were high as kites and even asked me how to make the sandwich. Then,... they soaked my sandwich in condiments when I went to pay and I got home to this mess. Read more
Food and service were great as always, but these new stickers? My gosh, what a total pain. I could hardly see what veggies they... have behind the glass, and had no hope of being able to watch them make the sandwich to see how much of the sauces and veggies,etc. they put on my sandwich. Please please please take these big stickers off the glass! If it weren?t for the stickers, thiswould be a beaming 5 star review. Since my last visit the service still isn't bad but the two associates could have been more cleanly. Their work area, where... sandwiches were made, could have been cleaned up. Taking no more than a few seconds to do. Also the bathroom was out of order. Read more
I stopped by this store once. Nice location, new store, and standard interior design. Also two employees were working there when... I visited. However, there were something missing. The staff did not greet me or say hi. They ran out of tomatoes, and thespinach did not look fresh at all (see my picture below). Also one of staff forgot to put napkins in the bag. The store looksnew probably with staff in training. Hopefully, they will catch up soon. Subway is one of my faves, and Subway quality meansevery branch should be 5-star! Read more
