I have ordered 3 times through their app for an online order and 3 times in a row, the order wasn't made nor have they even... heard of the order. All 3 times I let them make it and not once can they make it right. All 3 times it was made wrong. Not likeforgot tomato's but they made a sandwich instead of a wrap, a sandwich instead of a melt. They literally cannot read. I must bedumb for keeping on going here. I think I've learned my lesson though. Edit: haven't gone back to any subway in the last 6months. Young woman, only employee working today, was very nice and polite. There is no vegetables, no tuna and so much more. She kindly... explained that corporate canceled the truck that should have delivered. Well Corporate ya'll are simply stupid! Lost customersand revenue. We stopped here to get two footlong tuna subs. Sent in online order through the app at 7:06pm. Recieved confirmation order would be ready by 7:20pm. Arrived at the store at... 7:30 to find out they closed at 7pm but they still had all of thier food out and workers sitting. sign on the door says theyclose at 10pm. Read more

Went in and they charged me extra for cheese that they should not have. I asked for a kids meal with tuna and they refused to... substitute it for me. It?s been done everywhere else. The staff was rude and full of piercings. Totally unacceptable. Nevercoming here again. Read more
They are nice when there but there has been times where I've seen and had to wait 5 or so minutes to get some help due to the... workers not being there. Otherwise it's okay. They occasionally run out if some items due to shortage but that can't be helped Read more
