I'm just simply not a fan of Sonic. It's either a messed up order or here lately Nobody will answer the red button. No matter if... they are busy or only have about 5 cars. Tfor the past 10 years every time I try Sonic, it's been a problem. Needless to say, Iwon't ever go back to Sonic. Came to Sonic during breakfast time, got a lunch item because of my food allergies. Specifically ordered with no bun due to a... wheat allergy. She brought it out with it on a bun. I let her know that I said no bun. She takes it inside and then immediatelybrings it back out. They really just took it off the bun. Like I could?ve done that. I sent it back in to be completely remadebecause I have an allergy to wheat. She acted like it was such a huge inconvenience. This place always sucks every time I comehere. The only reason I even came today was because my son begged me to go to Sonic. UPDATE: I have yet to receive my refund.At the bottom of my refund receipt it says ?Cash Due Customer? and I never received cash and it has not been put back on mycard. Find another place. Owner is cheap and will find any way to cut costs. Jr burgers get a half slice of cheese, even if they... charge you for it. They will fill your drink to the top with ice to cheat you. Even though the menu says things come with saucesthey will try to charge you extra for it. Don't get me started if you have food allergies. Have been to this sonic twice both times to get shakes! The first time they came out liquid sent them back, came back to us... right. Today went for the same thing and again liquid and the carhop tells use that?s how there shake machine is. However didn?tbring one of the 3 out. When the third did come out was right!
