Original review: I used to love this place but I found a STAPLE in my food. A metal staple. I took a bite and felt something... sharp. I was shocked when i pulled it out and it was actual staple. Thank God I didn't swallow the staple or it stabbed me. Icalled and told the manager, and all he said was "Okay thanks" and that was it. He didn't seem at all concerned. Didnt ask if Iwas okay or if offer to remake the food or give refund. He didn't even sound surprised... I won't be eating thereagain. UPDATE: I was contacted by corporate and they apologized for my experience and said they were sorry it didn't meant mineor their expectations and gave me a full refund. He was very kind and I appreciate his help. This will used in training. Read more
Ordered medium original sandwich with no onions and no lettuce. Lady repeated it back to me. Drove the 2 hours home to realize... it had lettuce and onions covered in my mayo which made the whole sandwich soggy and taste like onions. The other toppings wereso small and hardly any cheese or olives. Not worth the cost of the sandwich for sure. Very disappointing. Read more

$37 for 2 sandwiches and 2 cinnamon rolls isn't a bad price, except when the cinnamon rolls are burnt and one of the sandwiches... was not what was ordered . Guess I'll stick with firehouse subs from now on. Read more
3-26-22: I ordered the Bacon Smoked Cheesy Sandwich, with the BBQ chips and a sweet tea to drink. All items were excellent and... the Sandwich was hot and fresh. Read more
Good customer service. They have glutten free options. We have had the gluten free sandwich and pizza. I didn't have any... negative reaction to their gluten free items. Read more
My experience has varied here but this weekend there was a sweet lady at the counter who took great care of us. The food was... great and the restaurant was not packed and clean. Read more
