Don't like leaving bad reviews but, I spent $800+ on fuel and couldn't wash my windshield because not a single island had... anything to wash a windshield with. Go inside and the bathroom stall would not lock. The store was clean is the only positive onthis stop. As busy as this location is they should be able to afford a squeegee. Read more
Laundry down. Nobody bothered to find out which machines leak, and which ones don't leak. Meanwhile, 3 weeks over the road, as a... driver, with no clean clothes left. Saying sorry, does not get my clothes clean. Read more
Super easy gas, propane and dumping stop. Easy in at the dedicated RV PUMPS. of course, there were 3 dullies not pulling... anything, pinheads. Anyway, lots of space. No worries TORTUGA ???? GRANDE REPORTING Read more
This is not a very friendly place and it?s not a very clean place. The staff don?t really care about customers nor to help. ... McDonalds next door is horrible to it?s customers. You Oder and get cold food. Refrigerator doors are left open by customers. Staff doesn?t close the doors as they walk by. Nasty globs of something left in the soda tray for hours trash left on countersbecause staff are lazy and don?t pick up after customers. This literally is the worse place I have seen. Read more
I just want to say thank you and hope the upper upper management knows this is not only a great store but a model staff that... should he excersized s such. From Bainca to those on her shift. They got along, had great communication and were more thanimmediately helpful. TONS of food, some healthy. CAT scale, ATM, lottery, beer, FedEx, UPS, bagged ice, laundry, showers, McDonald's, fresh brewed... coffee 24/7, big truck parking lot, driver's lounge w/TV, nice cashiers. Read more
Good food, very good customer service, but you guys let local drivers claim truck parking spot with their small cars.
