I dont do Papa Johns often AT ALL!! Today while dropping off packages at UPS I thought I would eat there today. So I walk in I... was somewhat greeted by Valory. Asks for my name I told her I was there to place an order her face said it all (I got on hernerves that I said I am placing an order and didnt give her my name) so she asks for my name again........ Calm Down Valory Iwas just making sure you knew I didnt have an order there already. Her whole demeaner was rude. I get people have bad days butif you hate your job Girllllll that is not my fault. First time to order. Probably the last time I order. Very disappointed poor quality. Out of seven pizzas none were cut properly,... none were cooked properly, and they got two of the 7 wrong. Not impressed. Update: I called the store to complain. I fullyexpected them to just blow it off like it was nothing. Instead the young man put me through to the manager who gave me a refund.It was nice to see that at least they took it seriously. Because of this I will raise my score to three stars. Horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and spoke to Aaron the “manager” who quoted me 1:20 max on... delivery time for my pizza. 1:40 min later I called to talk to “manager” and ask about my food he said driver was in parkinglot and she was going to call me. 15 min later no call from delivery girl, so I call “manager” again and at this point amfrustrated and manager handled the situation VERY unprofessional and was using inappropriate words. So I get delivery girlsnumber I call and she is across town and said she tried calling a few times, I told her I never had one missed call she musthave been calling the wrong number and I was right. She said I dont have my glasses on and called the wrong number but I’lldrop this order off and be there shortly. After waiting and waiting I had to call and cancel my order. I waited over 2 hours.Papa John’s needs to hire employees that want to work and able to keep a level of professionalism. Read more
Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and poppers. The estimated delivery time was 33min, it was delivered an hr and a half later. I... called at the 50min mark to see what was taking so long and asked for an extra pizza sauce. When the order got here the onlysauce was 2 sauces that came with the order originally. 1 of the pizza sauces was only half full while the other 1 was full. Thepizza (see photo) does not look or taste worth $15. I would pay $10 at best for this quality and usually, Papa Johns is the bestbut not tonight. The box carrying the breadsticks was soaking in grease (see photo) completely unacceptable. I'm willing toupdate and change my review but there needs to be a higher standard when it comes to quality checking before sending out orders. Read more
Ordered a chicken, bacon and BBQ sauce pizza. Arrived with an entire onion on the pizza and didn't even touch the pizza. Aaron... (their store manager) assured me there was nothing he can do. What a joke of a pizza chain and an even bigger joke is theircustomer service. The picture shows the amount of onions on 1 slice of pizza. Read more
Burnt and not cut all the way through, and the toppings are all in the center. I'm sick of bad experiences. I'm done ordering... from here. I really dont see how you can keep messing stuff up. Its either cold and takes 2 hours to get, or burnt. I cantbelieve yall would even serve this. $50 for wings, cheese sticks, and a medium pizza and only half of it is edible. I order from here once or twice a month today was pretty funny. I'm not sure if they were too busy or what but my whole order... was free because I order from there enough and used my points maybe they didnt care. The funny thing the pizza wasnt cut and thebutter was ice cold but I can do both on my own no worries I know my way around a microwave pretty well for a trucker. I'm justglad my aunt wasnt here she would be raising hell for nothing demanding free food I'm just lax about things like that. Read more
Order took more than 2 hrs to arrive when store is 15 kinutes away. Pizza was meant to be pepperoni and instead was bread with... little sauce and pepperonies. Taste was not the usual and tasted more like home oven pizza. Read more
