Attached/inside Flying J, the efficiency, speed and accuracy of the staff will astonish you! Worst one yet. First time here they double charged me. For a mobile order, claiming the first transaction didn't go through. Yet... when I checked my bank, there were two charges for that order. McDonald's automatically returned one of those charges. 10/30 At4:30 we ordered a frozen raspberry drink. The drink was spilling over. A new guy was cleaning the spill off the top of the lidand sides. When I was handed the drink. I notice the mess at the bottom of the cup, then the top. I asked for paper towels forthe bottom and if they can replace the lid. The second guy decided he will just pour some of the drink out instead. I asked fora manager who kindly remade a drink for us. Clean and done in traditional McDonald's style. Several of the new kiosk style ordering computer...if your into that kinda... thing. Service is on par with the fast food industry in these parts. Read more
Order made at 10:02 inside they cleared it off the screens within 30 seconds to make there time look good yet our order didn?t... come up until 10:18 ?. 16 minutes real time vs 30 seconds they gamed the computer on. Only orders moving decently were drivethru yet they still cleared all the orders from the computer to make times appear fast almost immediately Read more
