Worst one yet. First time here they double charged me. For a mobile order, claiming the first transaction didn't go through. Yet... when I checked my bank, there were two charges for that order. McDonald's automatically returned one of those charges. 10/30 At4:30 we ordered a frozen raspberry drink. The drink was spilling over. A new guy was cleaning the spill off the top of the lidand sides. When I was handed the drink. I notice the mess at the bottom of the cup, then the top. I asked for paper towels forthe bottom and if they can replace the lid. The second guy decided he will just pour some of the drink out instead. I asked fora manager who kindly remade a drink for us.
