I went tonight to have some food and ask for a cup for water and the cashier (some black girl with a horrible attitude) denied... my request. Saying the restaurant does not provide cups for water anymore. I had the desire to ask my money back for her servicebut that would make things worse. EVERYTIME, I order from here my order is ALWAYS wrong! How do you give out spuds with no butter at all or utensils? not 1 time... or 2 times but 4 times... the staff is very rude and unfortunately this is the closest location to me the other Odessa locationsare always on top of their game Read more
So my order was 2 cups of broccoli cheese soup and bread on the side. U would think ... Maybe 10 mins tops .. to pack it and all... that cause it was a to go order. We'll today... There was about 7 people. Not busy .. they had like 4 family's in there and toothers that had walked in behind me. The family that had ordered after me had a good size order. They got theirs before I hadgotten mine .... I had been there for over 30mins.... Waiting. So because I had other things needing to get done (member thiswas all to go) a manager.. u would think she would have her team getting stuff done ..finally walked out was on her phone... Wehad to ask for a refund at this point had wasted 40 mins. On just trying to have broccoli cheese soup. Which is one of our favs.So if you want great and fast service ... Go to the other locations. Cause the new employees are being left to figure it out ontheir own. Managers aren't really helping them out .. or actually running their kitchen accordingly. And for that .. Ordered a bowl of soup and I got a cup of soup in a bowl ??????????? I don't know what is happening to this location, I use to... dine in every week and now I only stop by for tea. But even stopping by for tea will come to an end soon because of all of thehigh school students who think they own the store and everything outside of it. Read more
We stopped eating at this location after our to go orders were incomplete multiple times. I understand people make mistakes and... will forget an item here and there but for that to be the consistent manner in which orders are handled? Unacceptable. It wasjust a pickle spear or a bag of chips, there?s literally always side orders, dressings and drinks missing. How do they notdouble check their orders before handing them through the window? Sometimes they just hand you the bag without checking if youhave drinks. You literally have to tell them, ?There?s drinks and dressings that come with this order, please check the ticket.?And even the. They look at you like you need to hurry up and get out of the way. Lobby was nice & clean. Gentlemen does good work cleaning up after customers. Cashier was very friendly was there during lunch... rush loved how a worker stayed calm during the rush I even told her so. Food came out great. Read more
I don't normally leave bad reviews. Usually, I just never come back to waste my money twice. I watched my order sitting behind... the cashier in the window for close to 10 minutes before I could get someone to give me my now COLD food. Order wasn't completeand had to ask again for the sides. I've always loved McAlister's. Not this one. Read more
Everything I tried to order they were out of! Then I order a sandwich and just cause they were out of the cheese that goes to... that sandwich I got charge extra cheese cause they didn't have that cheese, and how you don't have any tea when their know fortheir tea there! Read more
