Pathetic. Hardly anyone here and the service took forever. I heard one employee say a table had been waiting for 30 minutes.... Bread was weirdly sweet and soup was lukewarm, no drink, all for $13. My friend?s order was missed and she had to wait anadditional 15 minutes for a very mediocre lunch. I will literally never go to any other McAlister?s ever again. Read more
After waiting over 30 min in drive through and never getting our food we went inside to get a refund. Manager was just on her... cell and would not come to give refund. We just had to leave. No food, no refund, nothing. Went to TX Burger and got food in 5minutes. Read more
Overpriced and undersized meals, I'm not asking for a 1 dollar Big Mac heart attack, but 50+ dollars for two sandwiches and a... salad is crazy. Not to mention the sandwiches were soggy and practically wet. Gave me the wrong chips and sides as well. Ishould mention I drove to pick this up so I wasted gas on this as well. I don't recommend going to this McAlister's off of 191. There are 2 other ones in Odessa that are much better. Here I had placed... a order for my team at work using the app, but when I went to pick it up the woman claiming to be the manager stated they nevergot the order. I gave her the order number, showed her the email that was sent to me, and open the order in the app. After doingthis she didn't offer or even try to make the order she just continued saying they didn't receive the order, so I ended upgetting a refund and got food somewhere else. I don't believe they didn't get the order just think staff is extremely lazybecause when I walked in every one was in the back on their cell phones, including the so called manager, it took them a good 10min just to acknowledge people where in the restaurant.
