I love your food! When relatives from out of town come here, first thing they do is go to Jumburrito. They love the green sauce... and say there is nothing like it in the South! My visit to Jumburrito on 8th St. Odessa was great! Gentleman at drive-thru waspolite and efficient. Read more

The food was great as always. I will say I ordered chips and queso. Before the bag was handed to me I overheard the lady at the... window say the queso lid wasn?t on. She fixed it then handed me my order. What I did not find until I got home was half thequeso had spilled into the bag of chips it was placed in. A roughly $6 order and half was spilled and this was seen by theworker. I would hope the young lady would in the future make an accident like this right before sending a customer home withwhat amounts to a half an order. Horrible service at its best? messed up on my order had an attitude when I told them about it came back the next morning and had... my burrito tossed across the counter because the little boy had an attitude still!?.mad cause they had to do it again b/c theywere the cause of the mess up or whatever the case may be but it never fails this location is horrible they really need to get awhole new staffing when it comes to communication and customer service skills that morning crew is NOT it.
