Took one hour to deliver? supposedly the first driver?s truck broke down? was out for delivery for about 45 minutes, when handed... the bag, could feel moisture on the bottom? the ranch containers had came apart? I live one mile from store? I am temporarilyunable to walk, or I would have gone to firehouse ? a sandwich for over twenty bucks? not worth this kind of inconsiderate?convenience ? Update? the sauce on the sandwich made the bread wet? total waste?one hour is too long for this sandwich tosurvive? threw it away Read more

Store closes at 9 pm. I got there at 8:34 and the door was locked. The worker starred at the clock for a minute before coming to... let me in. Tried to order the #9 but was told he had already threw away the peppers and onions, cool. I just left. Read more

Well, the team I work with is flawless we work hard efficient we work together due to a great manager and a great higher up, the... store is clean the portions are by rules and by policy, we all speak up we all stand firmly of freaky fast service, I'm new butwe all can make a positive turn around. Thanks to our boss, and our shift managers she/he/they have been standing firm onhelping us assure we are trained the right way and know what's needed to serve patrons better. So before you expect us to havebad service try the sandwiches, see how fast well portioned fast and freaky serviced we are, how clean we are how polite andhumbled we are and enjoy. Read more

New management is frugal with the ingredient portions. Yes, they are implementing more customer service and a friendly... experience yet under previous management my sandwhiches were enticing and not slopped together fast. In summary, if Jimmy John'sis marketing itself as a gourmet sandwich shop well then the final product should be eye appealing and constructivelyproportioned. Or else i would have gone to Subway. Furthermore the Midland location is superb compared to this location. Read more
