To begin there were no customers inside nor outside in the drive thru. I walk inside to order, the lady starts off with telling... me to wait cause she has to attend the drive thru first (even though I was here first) you have this lady working the insidearea and the drive thru while you have another in the back on her phone just staring at me waiting to order. Im not one to complain but this is ridiculous. They added an enormous amount of pickles bigger than the chicken itself and it... was also so messy the sauce was even outside of the to go box. There was also a black, wavy/curly, short piece of hair in myfood. I also asked for no ice and they gave me ice. Read more
I've been wanting to try a Gokden Chick for ages. A bit shocked to find out that white gravy was the most popular dipping... sauce. Overall, I was impressed. Service was very prompt. Quality of food was way better than expected. Taste was extremelygood and the value was better than average considering current inflation. I will definitely be back. Read more
I?m not one to complain, but here we go. I ordered 4pc strip meal with mashed potatoes and a extra side of macaroni. What I got... were cold strips, half a cup of mashed potatoes (I don?t even know if someone was eating out of it and it got placed in my bag)and NO MACARONI. They were not even busy there was only one other person ahead of me and it was about 7:15 not even close totheir closing hour. Please do better. Read more
Went to order from here, and as I was eating I seen a HAIR in my chicken strip, went back to the restaurant NOT A SINGLE... EMPLOYEE HAD HAIR NETS ON. Not one. Half of them didn?t have GLOVES ON. I asked for a refund and it?s been 11 days and stillwaiting. The manager was rude and was yelling at er employees, the employees are rude, and yell back at the manager, and theyhave arguments in front of customers and children. I?ve never made a review in my life, but this is probably one of the worse experiences I?ve ever had. I ordered a couple meals... through DoorDash; when I received my food half my order was missing. I tried to call the store more than 10 times to see ifperhaps my order was mistakenly left there, but to my surprise no one picked up a single call. It?s really disappointing to saythe least. The order itself did cost me $44, which to some might not seem like a lot, but for me it was the last of my money. Ihope this doesn?t happen to anyone else in the future. Read more
