Great Place to take the kids . Food was good .Six people and right at 50 bucks . Can?t beat that !!
Food is good but probably the most rude and unfriendly staff in odessa the last 2 times I've been through the drive thru
First off, if you have never went into Fazoli's for dine in, go asap. I've eaten here for years, and always had drive through.... The portions are even bigger when you go in, and served in real bowls and plates. Todd saw me pull up, and came and opened thedoor for me when I got there. He took my order as well, and was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The inside of therestaurant was spotless, and I sat down to a freshly wiped table. Very impressed by their customer service. They were all very friendly and was greeted and asked if I needed help. A simple yet... effective mode of service. A higher class experience feeling; which would rival most restaurants in the area. Read more

Went there for lunch. I had a spicy penne with chicken (in the picture) it was spicy! Should've gotten a shaved ice to help cool... down, but it was still good! My husband had chicken alfredo with bacon, also good. With some cinnamon swirl breadsticks, prettygood as well. Drinks didn't taste bleachy, which is always a big plus! Can't complain about the employees at all. One employeestopped bussing tables to open the door for an elderly gentleman with a cane. And the bathrooms were pretty clean always a plusas well. Service and the food I did get was fine but I didn't get my pumpkin pie cheesecake at all
