If there was a negative star I'd give it. You have no idea what I went thru this evening. Ordered online, they delivered to... wrong address. Tried calling the store because my tracker said it was delivered. Noone picked up. Then a random call from a 903asking if I ordered from them. I said yes. And she said it's at apartment 13 and I'm 1003. She said go get it. I don't even knowwhere 13 is. It's a big complex. She hung up. Manager Kassandra called and sailled you put 604, now that's a whole differentnumber. She called me from her personal #. I hung up on her because she kept telling me give me the right address so we canremale the order. So I sent her a screen shot of my order with the correct address. Because of a miscommunication we were given the wrong large pizza I had ordered a thin crust extravaganza and a regular crust... pepperoni. After being informed of the mistake without charge and in a very good amount of time they replaced the pepperonipizza. Excellent service excellent food very professional behavior from the drivers and the people in the store on the phone. There was a problem with the pizza's as delivered. After the manager was made aware of the issue, the order was immediately... replaced and delivered. Absolutely great service from Domino's. Been ordering pizza from them for many years and will continuedoing so. Kudos to the store manager for the excellent service. Thank you! Read more
They forgot half my order. 1large pizza, 2 pastas and a brownie cake. Then when I called they said they didn?t have drivers to... bring the rest of the food. I decided to go pick it up myself and they said someone was already on the way with it. 90mins laterit finally arrived at my place cold and hard. I have also noticed the last few orders the pizza is burnt and hard with notenough toppings, even though we pay fir extra toppings. The owner of this location needs to get a hold of his staff.
