I noticed my tracker was on prep for the past 25 minutes, so I called up there and they told me it was going to be a 2 1/2 hour... wait. I asked if I could go pick it up, she said it will still be 1 1/2 wait. I was like ok, I'll just cancel my order, whoeverI talked to just hung up on me! I wasn't rude or upset, so I called back and someone else answered, she was way nicer andpolite and explained to me she'll cancel it and it'll go back to my card. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Went to Domino's for some pizza and wings. We had ordered from this store before with no problems over the app. This time we... went in. The staff inside was slightly rude. When we asked about the mix and match deal, they told us it didn't apply tospecialty pizzas. I've ordered specialty pizzas through this deal before and asked why it worked online and not in store. Allthey said was, "Online is different." So I asked, "We should order on the app, then?" To which he responded yes. We went to WingStop instead. Read more
This is our neighborhood Dominoes and we are so disappointed here lately. This store used to b fantastic and here lately the... service has gone down tremendously. We placed an online order last nite and went to pick it up when we were told. When I gotthere one of the employees was yelling at another employee and I was told very rudely that my order hadn?t been started and itwould b 30 min. An hour later I got my order. Other customers were coming inside to order and the same rude lady was tellingthem that the wait would be over an hour. It was like she was trying to discourage them from ordering. My grandson hopped on thestool to watch and she hollered at him and just ruined an experience that he looks forward to doing at Dominoes. My husband went last night around 9pm for a pick up order through the drive-through. The cashier said she needed to manually... input the card info? Weird because that?s never happened there before. I woke up to 4 Dominos charges totalling 85 dollars. I?vecalled but no answer. Gave two stars because other times we?ve gone the cashiers have been so nice, and food is good. Read more
This was probably one of the most well presented pizzas I've ever had from a dominoes. It was cooked perfectly and I recieved it... in such a timely manner from one of the most friendly and polite drivers. Definitely going to be my go to dominoes store nowwhenever I'm in Odessa. Read more
Tried something different today instead of pizza and got the Mediterranean Veggie sub and the Pasta Primavera and they both... tasted really good. This location also has a dinning in area which I haven't seen for Dominos in years. Close by to where I'mstaying so I'll be back to try their pizza. Read more
I've got to hand it to these folks. This particular Domino's has always been hands down the best Domino's I've ever ordered... from. Been ordering from them for a few yrs now. Delivery times are legit. Food is fresh and hot as the devil's A$$. Willcontinue to keep ordering from them. Way to go Domino's. Read more
