Would give zero stars if I could. My family eats here very often because it?s close and convenient but never again. 7+ minutes... being the only car in the drive thru line (my food is ready) watching employees sit in the back on their phones and when weknock on the window to get someone?s attention we?re greeted with Matt, a rude ?manager?. I suggested that maybe the employeesshould watch the drive thru line instead of just being on their phones and all he could say was ?do you want me to get mad atthem for you ?? Usually the pizza is pretty good and way better priced than pizza hut but the last few times the dough don't seem to be cooked... all the way through on the pan pizzas, the other crusts have been great though. Read more
Been ordering from this store for 3 years. For the most part I've had good service. I was rewarded a free medium 2 topping... pizza. My 2 toppings were extra cheese and bell peppers. When I looked at the pizza it had what I ordered only on 1 half theother half was just sauce. When I called the manager told me that's what I ordered. I told her I have never ordered a pizza withonly sauce on it. She told me that she could make another pizza but I would be charged for it. So much for a free item. Came to Domino?s pizza after getting done with work. Tried to place an order, and the music playing in the background was loud... enough that the person taking my order couldn?t hear what I was saying. I mentioned maybe if they turned down the music shecould actually hear me. Her reaction ?huh?. Music is good, but when it so loud the persons on the phone trying to take ordersare having a hard time hearing the people on the other end and and the person taking my order couldn?t hear. Read more
Was the best dominos pizza we have ever eat. Hands down. Gluten free vegetarian and med specialty with extra pepperoni. Stuck in... an RV park, they delivered right to our door. Gentleman who took our order was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommendDominos Pizza West Odessa. Read more
Pizza was good. Only real issue I have is the estimated delivery time was 35-45 minutes and the driver was beating on the door... before 30 minutes. Normally wouldn?t be an issue but I was balls deep in the ol lady as we were finally kids free. Read more
This is more funny than sad, ordered delivery, 20 minutes got a call, guy says I?m out of the jurisdiction, the store is 4.2... miles from me. Guy just says they can?t deliver, he says I will refund the money. I thought to myself. Bro, offer me a 2 litersoda for free and I would be delighted to just convert it to carry out, but dude just said he can?t do anything else other thancancel my order completely, lol I wonder how often he just cancels orders instead of incentivizing people to work withhim???????? Manager Amanda is a freak show. I literally watched her as she was yelling at a customer, blaming the customer for their screw... up, didn?t want to remake his pizza or give him a refund. She needs to be fired ASAP. Once I seen her acting that way towards acustomer, I asked for my money back for my purchase and she wanted to act the same way towards me. I HIGHLY recommend that theyfire her and hire someone that has managing skills. I also HIGHLY recommend that you as a customer go somewhere else. Read more
