Fast low cost in and out. I often duck in there as fallback when the lines elsewhere are too long. Cici's is the fastest by... stopwatch comparison from the instant you turn into parking lot to biting down on the first bite of food into your mouth. Thiscan be as short as 4 minutes on a good day. Meanwhile, at other eateries up and down 8th street between Dixie and Grandview,you risk being trapped in a long line of cars for your entire lunch time with no means of escape, and already extremely lateback to work before you even can order your food, much less actually get it and have time to eat it. I've always loved Cici's but this man Jose who makes the pizzas deserves a raise 5 star customer service everything I was taught... in my college customer service class to do this man did it. Super friendly, super attentive, asked clarifying questions on whichoption I wanted when I asked about the dessert pizzas! As a customer service enthusiast this man has truly impressed me! Usually don't mind going to Cici's. Extremely disappointed with this place. There was plenty of fresh pizza on the buffet. The... problem was every pizza I tried was so doughy. I had to scrape off all of the ingredients from every slice of pizza. You wouldthink every slice was a gooey cheese pizza after removing the ingredients. We enjoyed all pizza. They have a great variety of different pizzas. Buffalo, spinach, with pineapple, 4 cheese, pepperoni,... cheese, hamburger, thin crust, cheese bread, and more. The salad bar is also great. For dessert they only have the brownies andmini cinnamon rolls, they were missing the pizza pie. They should upgrade the games, kids didn't had fun at the arcade. It was clean but we weren't too thrilled, it's just not like it used to be???? Half the games didn't work or coins got stuck,... pasta was dried out, ???? had been sitting for a bit, the ???? was ok but the dressing...???? and very slim pickins on thedessert. Read more
We came in at 650pm or 7 pm sat down against the wall a couple tables were clear we put our drinks down getting back to our... table the guy sweeping cleaning tables came to me basically yelling in another language at me to put the chairs back but it wasokay to eat there then I guess ??? Still not sure but we moved a bit after that to the end so he could have his section then heaggressively starts pulling tables and chairs by that time it was about 730p so we finished the food was good but everythingelse was bad ????
