I love smoothie king and I usually go to a different location in Trinity and I was super excited that a new location is now... close by. Unfortunately, every time I go here, I experience different issues from wrong flavor, delay, and now coupon issues.There is current a deal if you get a coffee smoothie before 11am (I always get Gladiator coffee). I asked the staff if thislocation does the deal too and she literally said they don?t do it in this store, then I showed her in the website and she waslike yeah you might to add it to the app. Then I insisting that this was not a coupon and that is when she added and the systemadjusted the price. When I encounter issues here, I feel like I?m begging, humiliated and not understood. I will not come tothis location again till the staff is well trained on how to deal with customers.
