we ordered three meals. that?s it. we waited for 30 minutes until we asked for an update because 14 cars (yes we counted) got... their order before us. they brought out our food and claimed they were backed up. all of the food was cold and i?m verydisappointed as this is my first time coming here with my family. will not be coming back. only one star because the girl whobrought our was nice. the rest was a terrible experience. Online ordered, picked up, drove home 10 mins and realized burger didnt have "the works", as asked for. Drove all the way back,... manager agreed to replace entire order. Took home, once again the burger maker didn't include "the works". Thank you manager,but c'mon dipsnot that was making sandwiches that night - you got 1 job... get it right, or find "less challenging work"... Read more

i do not know why does anyone goes there? is the food good? no. are the prices fair? no. very expensive for very little food at... not that great of quality. it's almost like you are paying for lobster and getting soggy bread? i am not sure why they aresuccessful or why do people like culver's, acquired taste? maybe. not my cup of tea. We ordered 70$ worth of food, headed to work. An could not turn around when we noticed we only got ½ our food an some was made... incorrectly. I will never let a fast food location, rip me off like that again! BEWARE Read more
I remain convinced that Culver's has the best hamburger of all fast food restaurants. For me, perfect fries too. Always clean.... Great staff. And best shakes. Read more
