A couple friends and I ate at Beef o Bradys tonight and it was not a pleasant experience. Brindi was our server. She's a nice... girl. I got here 45 mins before my friends. I order mozzarella sticks and a root beer. My friends had to go inside and getBrindi as she hadn't come back out. It'd Saturday night, the restaurant was busy and then it cleared out. 30 mins after Brinditook our order, she came back and informed us that there was an issue with the system and our food didnt go through, but itwould be out on a few mins. 15 mins later, she's comes back out to double check that she put our food in correctly... This waswhen our order was actually put in... During this whole process we are watching other people get there food, eat and pay, whilewe wait. We were told all of our food would be compd and it wasn't. We had to talk to the manager again to get it all sortedout.... It was an unfortunate experience. I have been coming to this location since 2012. Over the past year I have seen a decline in the sevice on weekends when the... main manager is not here. We came in on Sunday with four waitress and there were only 8 people in the restaurant, however theyspent all their time talking to each other and on the phone behind the wall rather than interacting with customers. When myfood came it was cold and had to get up and bring it to the back to let them know before my waitress came back to check on us.The food and the service is slowing declining. Read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Kim the waitress She is the only person that makes your establishment welcoming.... The bartender sherry and the manager Richey are not people oriented nor are they friendly! I personally think that Kim is thebest thing going for your business, had I not gotten her as my waitress I wouldn?t have ever came back to that particularestablishment. But I frequent once a week and I make sure I call first to confirm she is there! She needs kudos and a raise forbeing so awesome. Read more
