Sat in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes, ordered, then sat in line for 10 more minutes to pay, then waited 15 minutes for... food, they almost gave me the wrong order because an employee didn't clear the order in front of me. Poor service. Live 10 minutes away took them 1 whole hour to get our food. And they just stood there and talked and was slow and... took our order didn?t even put it on the screen So we had to make sure so that was an extra 10 min. Just acted like they didn?tcare I?m general. Read more

Wow, so I go through the drive-thru at around 9:45 am at the Ocoee Mcdonalds and told my order to each person/window I came... into contact with (2) of the $2.50 chicken biscuits with a large vanilla cappuccino. I get to the window and get handed a small cappuccino (the receipt said medium, but I ordered a large. I said it multiple times) and was told that the small was theirlarge. A flat-out lie. I asked for a refund because i wanted my money back. I don?t have $5 to spend on a small cappuccino. Theyhanded me 2 sausage biscuits (I ordered chicken) and poured the small cappuccino into a large cup and handed that to me cold andnasty. I still only got a small cappuccino transferred to a large. I called the store to tell them and I was hung up on when Iasked to speak to a manager so i called back thinking it was an accident and the line disconnected, no, they didn't answer wheni called back three more times back to back. I needed to speak to the manager while it was happening because I handed the girlback my receipt because i was half asleep but i have my entire order as proof. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years sothis is hard to even post. This is the worst service I?ve ever had the dissatisfaction of experiencing. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes while multiple people in front just frustratedly drove off before deciding to go... in. Once inside we waited another 10 minutes before watching more potential customers storm off. The whole time we were in thereI watched 3 employees just standing by the bagging station talking without once acknowledging the line of people that continuedto come thru the door and the person sitting outside the drive thru window for 20 minutes now slamming on his horn. I finallyasked the employee staring at a blank screen if she was going to take anyone's orders or at least address us and she came backat me with a bad attitude. I'm sorry but it doesn't seem there's any management in this facility and I would encourage everyoneto find somewhere else to eat unless you want frozen, uncared for, mishandled food. Read more

Walked inside to order a mcflurry. Waited 3-4 minutes and never got waited on. Went to drive through to see if I could get an... employee. They finally answered but said they couldn't do a mcflurry because they were out of m&m's. I advised the employeethat I had just left the lobby and the m&m hopper was full. She replied that she worked in the back and didn't really know. Poor service. Read more

Very slow service. The food was mediocre at best. I wouldn't necessarily blame this location in particular. It seems McDonald's... everywhere I go is on a downward slide over the past many years. Sad. Read more

Been to this McDonald's for years now. Not one time have they ever gotten my order right. We are always missing items sometimes... even an entire meal. Today was the last straw. One of my pattys is raw, they forgot the entire double quarter meal in the firstplace, got a 2nd 10 piece and fries that we didn't order, the wrong sauce, wrong coffee. I've been all over the country and thislocation is by far the worst I've ever been to. Read more

Food is ALWAYS cold and soggy like it?s been left out for hours. Today i ordered breakfast bleh and the staff were rude and... acted like they just didn?t want to be at work (which I get no one does) but you are in a customer service industry, it cost younothing to be nice to people and might get you a better job/position. Wish this location would get its business in order as thisis one of few places to eat around. Definitely worth skipping and driving down the road! Read more
