The bowl was delicious, but I didn?t appreciate the sass of the employee in the back when I asked for a cup of chicken and the... employee up front went back and asked her. A simple ?no, we don?t offer that? would of sufficed. I guess she thought we couldn?thear here through the door? Or see her? Either way. A little odd that I spend 18 bucks on a bowl and can?t substitute honey forpeanut butter without an additional cost and can?t get some tap water without an additional cost. Got "Green Me Up" juice 12oz $8. Selection was nice. Interior is small and acoustically loud. Staff was mostly friendly and... helpful. Elisa was nice. Juice was good. I had a green juice about 12oz. Everything seemed to be small portions at regularprices so the value for me was not quite there. The restaurant which includes less than 10 tables inside was clean, open,bright, and inviting. The staff is very friendly and wasn?t quite sure if it was the owner or manager who helped us out but he was helpful and... informative on the menu. I enjoy the chimichurri steak wrap. The interior and exterior doors s very clean. No issues with customer service as she was efficient and busy. Ordered a tropical... smoothie and it was delightful. I get that a lot of comments talk about pricing, but I?ve come to realize that it?s veryexpensive to eat healthy and so, we have to trust that we are paying for what we get. Next time, I?ll try one of their bowlsand see if you it?s just as delightful as the smoothie. The location is odd getting into just because of where it?s at Colonialand Maguire can be busy so use caution. Parking is a little tight but their is some over flow if necessary. Can?t wait toreturn. Second visit ordered the chicken pesto salad. It?s easier to say what I didn?t like as it was just one things. Too muchgrains and seeds. I?d like more salad as a filler. I got a flyer in the mail that vitality bowls was opening right down the street. I have been looking for a place that served... fresh fruit smoothies without ice cream or other mixings that make them less healthy. I decided to give it a try today which wastheir opening day. as far as the building goes how can you complain about anything being wrong when it is brand new. It was welldecorated and the staff was very friendly. They have a unisex bathroom which may result in a bit of a weight if they get verybusy but it was very clean and well-stocked. I only tried the smoothies and since this was my first time having a very healthysmoothie I will base my experience on that. I purchased two so that I could try to different styles. The pink colored one wasthe tropical and the green one was the whey green. At first the whey green had a strong broccoli taste to it, but I quicklybecame used to it and it ended up being my favorite one of the two. The tropical paradise smoothie was also good. Neither werevery sweet since they use only natural ingredients. All in all I would say I was happy and I will go back. My rating systemconsists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5means you were blown away.
