Ordered pizza for lunch at my sons school 2 HOURS prior to the requested delivery time (which was the kids specific lunch time);... somehow the pizzas were still delivered 45 minutes LATE, 3 minutes before lunch time was over for the kids. Had I not called thestore, I would have never been notified that they were 45 min late to the delivery time. I was told for 20 minutes the driverwas on his way, when the school is 10 min away from the store. Extremely unsatisfied with the service here. Will not be orderingagain. Read more

Great customer service from the manager tonight. We had an issue with our doordash order and the manager took care of it. We... will never order through doordash again and will order directly through the store. What really makes a difference though is thatour order is always right whereas other places will mess it up. With 2 picky eaters in the house we rely on the order to beright. Family pizza night will always be Papa John?s Ocoee! Read more
This one star review is due to a single delivery driver who delivered a pizza to an associate at a business. We had ordered papa... dias at seperate times. The delivery driver who brought an associates papa dia proceeded to give the associate his opinionabout how we need to be more coordinated next time with ordering. It's ok for the delivery driver to have those thoughts but heshould of kept them to himself. Whatever your name was delivery driver stick to delivering pizzas and not ridiculing customers. Read more
Great experience every time! We always order delivery. It's delivered earlier than estimated. They even have an app where you... can follow your order AND real time delivery time as soon as the driver leaves the store. The order has never been wrong andnothing is ever forgotten or left out. The food is always warm, to the point we need to let it sit a few minutes before we canenjoy. It's never hit or miss with this location, they're always on point. The delivery drivers are courteous and kind. Everytime we order we're satisfied. Read more

Papa Johns and its system is not reliable at all. I ordered 2 pizza for carryout and got a confirmation that its ready for... delivery, went to store (west colonial) to pickup but the system was down and guy took me and the other customers out of thestore and said he cant deliver without the system. The pizza's very literatlly there waiting but the guy was just untrained.What is more interesting is that nobody called me or send me an email for the refund. They just got paid including the tip andthey are not even aware of what happened. So you pay for pizza but they dont deliver and you have to call the customer care andwait 10-15 minute and have to explain what happened. What is even more interesting is that Papa John's app shows pizza picked up! They guy must checked all orders as "delivered" and took the pizza's for a party. Never ever, papa johns.
