Good facility, should have been fine. One kid dropped his card into a game and no one could get it out. The people working there... were great, but the general manager told us there was nothing they could do to reissue this kid a card worth 30 minutes of fakemoney. Cost him nothing but was really happy to watch a kid just not play with everyone else. What a sleaze ball. Read more

Well we had a big party and the food took an extra long time to come out but was delicious. I believe while I was there 3... employees quit due to some sort of management issue. Ended up leaving after we ate. The staff I did encounter was friendly andhelpful. Drinks at the bar seemed watered down or mixed incorrectly. Eat the food play the games but get beer. Read more

Brought the kids here for a last _days _of_ summer_ fun- time. The kids brought some of their piggy bank money to blow on video... games. This was on a Monday afternoon. The facility was very clean and cool. Perfect activity to let the kids blow off steamduring the final days of our summer vacation from school. This location is in Ocoee so it being very slow was not much of adeterrent. I wish the community would support it more. It is expensive. I'm sure that drives some customers away. The restaurantwas empty but Emily (bartender) was ready for any customers that came in. The food menu looked good and the wraps I saw lookedappetizing. The manager, although leaking a big crowd was continuously cleaning and checking on the clients that were sprinkledabout. Special shout out to Emily (bartender).
