Taller skinny lady with short blond hair was very rude and didn?t want to make my coffee the way I wanted and refused to! Told... me because it was busy and because of the storm. Just went to the drive through in Ocoee at 3pm on Saturday. They only had 3 types of donuts and two types of coffee. This place... reminds me burger King. They both are going to pot. Read more
I went in today around 11am to purchase a dozen donuts for an elementary school party. The case was pretty empty as they had had... a busy morning, but there were still plenty of donuts that kids would like, and I laughingly told that to the nice lady helpingme. The wonderful woman at the counter not only put tons of sprinkles on the donuts that I ordered that didn't have them, butput more sprinkles on the donuts that already had them, to make them extra special for the kids. THEN she gave me somethingwonderful to surprise the teacher with as well! I was so moved by her kindness and thoughtfulness, and the whole class isgrateful - I hope her week is as amazing as she made ours. Read more
If it?s noon and you?re hungry for breakfast, don?t bother with this location. They are regularly without bagels, sandwiches and... the like in the later morning hours. I have come here twice at Noon to be told ?sorry; we?re only doing coffee and donuts?. Thisis a poor excuse for Dunkin when there are plenty others in the area happy to make breakfast sandwiches at any time of day. Skipthis one. Read more
