First and last time at this establishment. Placed an order online and picked up right at 15 min when it was ready. When I got... there they were finishing up my order and getting ready to bag it. The fries were completely cold, boneless wings were greasyand drenched in oil, there was a layer of oil in the 4 wrappings of each different flavor. Couldn?t even eat and threw the mealout. I don?t like leaving negative reviews. But when you order your food an hour prior. Show up, wait 15 minutes to be attended... (while the phone is constantly ringing and being blatantly ignored), then you?re told your food isn?t even ready. So you waitanother 30 minutes before getting your bag covered in sauce from unchanged gloves. You double check your sauce covered boxes ofwings to make sure it?s all correct but at that point you?re extremely over the whole experience to even care. It?s just notworth it. If you pre-order and you go in to pick up don't bother paying any attention to their signs for where to go to pick up because... they will completely ignore you and then help the customer that just walked in the door, proceed to ask the customer that justwalked in the door if they've already ordered or if they're picking up. Worst customer service ever! Literally had to stopsomeone from a task they were doing to make them get my order instead. Came in for the ?wings day? to get to the 5 free wings with my order and they forgot to add the extra wings entirely. So... annoying. And to top it off they play music that would be inappropriate if you tired to eat here with your kids. Cussing andusing the ?n? word. Not a very professional wingstop. That?s for sure. Ordered delivery via website at 5:30 on a Friday. At 6:36, received text that it was would arrive in 30 minutes. At 6:45,... received call from driver saying that he was at the location and they had "lost the order" and that I needed to call to cancelit. Spent 15 minutes on hold without getting through (and the hold music was Peer Gynt on repeat because apparently they REALLYhate their customers?), until an automatic email arrived confirming they had canceled the order. I order often from this place because my my son loves wings. But this place, never gets my order right....I'm either missing... items or get the wrong ones. I placed an order through doordash and of course they didn't get my order right, I was missing mydrinks, 10 wings and 12 buns. Dasher was an older person, very respectful and friendly, he handled the food on my hands and thebags were sealed. As soon as I noticed I was missing items, I called the store and after arguing with one of their associates Irequested to speak to the manager. The manager said if I placed the order through doordash, I need it to reach out to them. Imentioned to her multiple times that the bags were sealed with their stickers....how was it possible for an elderly to take foodwithout ripping their paper bag....how was it possible for someone to take out 10 wings when the store puts them all together inone tray.....?? It was a waste of time and energy getting upset at this so like always I just let it go. If it wasn't for kid, Iwouldn't go back to this place. Not to mention their location is in a bad spot. The Wing Stop in Oceanside is much wow! This place allows for you to order a type of wing order then add some type of... heat/tempurature/spice to it. They offer only a handful of options but whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. My biggestcaveat and reason for 4 ???? review is because the chicken wings are swimming in oil whenever you open up your foodbox. Pricing is comparable, not too much but not too expensive. Though they serve chicken in a pool of oil, their chicken isreally delicious. They also serve other things food but why go to a friend chicken restaurant to order something aside formchicken? Additionally, if you order from here expect to wait 20 to 30 mins. they seemingly make the chicken A La Carte.Fortunately, you can walk to other stores within the shopping center while you wait. Parking can be a bit challenging as itshares parking spots with other businesses but overall not too much of an issue. If you are looking for a local chicken wingplace, it does not hurt to try this one out! Read more
I?ve been a regular here for three years, and it?s been hit and miss with every new group of employees they hire. This new group... is a miss. They?ve given me wings that were already cooked and had been sitting out for over an hour. But was reheated once Asimilar order was placed. Smh I know freshly fried chicken when I see and taste it.
