Ordered online and used drive-thru pickup 5 times. 2 times my order was messed up 1 time I was missing 4 items and another I... received a completely different order. Tried calling both times phone just rings and no one answers. Will definitely checkorders at the window now. I will revise this review if anything changes for better or worse. Read more
Still the same food but taco bell has serious staffing problems. For some reason most taco bells around here have there lobbies... closed even though you can order in the app and select to pick up from in store. It usally a hand written sign sign on the doorstating the lobby is closed or sometimes the doors are just locke. So then you have to get into a line that is about 20min long just to pick up your order that uou placed 10 min ago. I like taco bell but don't like the wait. Service is great when you talkto someone but they need more people or keep there stores open. Read more

This review isn't a reflection of the employees as all I've dealt with over the years have been great, but a reflection of the... franchise owner and general manager which over the last 3 years I've been going to this Taco Bell they haven't figured out howto staff correctly. I assume they pay terribly as it seems like they can't hire enough people to run their restaurant. I've beento this Taco Bell 3 times where only 2 employees were working. Two of the times I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through. Acouple of times during prime dinner time they've had only 3 or 4 people working. It's a shame Taco Bell doesn't take franchisesaway from franchisees who don't care to run a good business. Read more
Update: 8/21/21 Staff is friendly. Food fresh. Just the wait in the drive thru is rough. There's 9 in line. The entrance of the... North side of the lot will sneak in the front. While the people are in line from the back. If you have the time and patience.Hit this place up! If your in a hurry. Then pick a different food location that's near like McDonald's , jack n the box acrossthe street. We have been stuck in this like for 25 minutes (total actual 30+minutes) for 3 tacos and a bean burrito.... Onceyour in that drive thru. Your committed. So far I've had 3 kids and bought a home online.... while waiting in line. PreviousReview: Updated location. Easy to see from the main road. Food was fresh. Only negative which why it didn't receive a 5 star isbecause when we had order a Box Meal and then a few separate.
