To start off the door?s we?re so dirty . Walked in & the floor was so fifty dirty . The glass were the food was dirty & the meat... & vegetables were empty . The bread wasn?t fresh & the employ keep messing up the order . I will never go back to that locationso fifty and the employees used the same gloves even after wipes the crumbs on the small counter space . I grossed out . My experience yesterday was horrible! The changed the menu so I was a little confused asked the young girl that was helping me... and she just pointed out that's what they have very serious like I was bothering her. I didn't realize they still had thesandwiches I always order on the far left side and I was on the right side. When I realized that it was late to just changed mywhole order I didn't want to be that one customer so I continued with my sandwich the mexicali and the chicken bacon sandwich.First of all she said they didnt have rotisserie chicken only the chopped up chicken. Then she didn't put avocado on the newMexicali sandwich and when I asked her she said she didn't have any. I proceeded to be understanding but I was upset norotisserie chicken no avocado. By the way I still paid the sandwich that had no avocado at regular price. When I was going topay I asked her to please look up my rewards with my ph#. She said she didn't know how to do that. The whole time I had a badexperience with this employee. I asked her if the other young man could help her. Just because she didn't know how to didn'tmean she couldn't attempt to find out or ask. Anyways the young man did help her told her how to look it up. Very nice young manI didn't see his name but very good employee ????. Hope this location gets their stuff together it seems like they have a badreputation by the way the district manager answered when I called to complain. Very very bad expectancies they were out of everything we wanted I got a wrap with just cold chicken in it because they were out... of lettuce around a lot of other things. There were two female employees here is so freaking rude and has a major attitude. I ordered online in App and it was not even... started until I got there waited in the line for 20 mins then she started making them and then on top they have nothing. I amgetting veggie Delite just with cheese because they ran out of spinach, lettuce, olives like seriously. She didn?t even tel mebefore making the sand wich. First I'll say the food was as good as usual. A 5 stars. The 2 stars indicate the following critique. The online order placed... wasn't showing up in their system. Waiting for the order to be made after arriving and expecting to pick it up was necessary,doubling the time spent waiting. The sandwich prep board was not clean. The prep paper was placed on the crumb filled boardbefore the server put on the gloves. The prep paper was left on the sandwich and wrapped. The 2 employees were distracted byflirting with each other rather than conducting business first and cleaning the prep area. The owner needs to address theseissues. Read more
I ordered through door dash and whomever runs Subway's end of it has no clue what they are doing. The store just opened for... online ordering as is already out of products. Which is fine but they need to take it off their available menu options. So tiredof only getting a partial order or no order at all because someone is inept at running their online business.
