They were out of almost everything; salt AND pepper, mayo, meat balls and a few others. The floor was sticky. The employees gave... the idea of absolutely not wanting to be there and it took three tries for the employee to close my sandwich, the third time hehad to take the ingredients out of the sandwich, and there was only 4 things in that sandwich (because they were out of half theingredients). My wife & 2 children went to go get our family lunch yesterday...... My wife was treated rudely & we did NOT even get what we... ordered. Sandwich was all vegetables with No meat even though we went through the line. The rude girl would not accept a Subwaycoupon..... That's besides the point.....so the point is... if you don't like your job at Subway or even like yourself.....Quitor change your attitude & learn what customer service is.....There is a Subway across the street in the other shopingcenter......I suggest going to that one instead .....unless you like being treated with disrespect & a rude attitude.....Also soeveryone knows ....it was the pregnant girl working & with the terrible attitude.....Still No excuse...!! Kinda slow service. Had low stock of everything and this was around 3:30 PM so way after the lunch rush. Was only second in line... and took about 10 mins to get through the line. Also at the end, messed up my order by charging me for 2 - 12" subs instead ofthe 1 - 12" and 1 - 6". Probably wont come back. Read more
I hope to never be stuck in a Walmart so long again that I actually find it convenient to grab a quick meal inside. This review... is for the Subway only and not affiliated with the Walmart it resides in. My 2 experiences here have been exemplary in theservice I?ve received. Friendly, helpful and middle of the weekday, though in walking by on other trips I have seen many of theWalmart employees lounging around in the dining area and the later in the day the worse it gets, so beware. I think the priceshave gotten a little out of hand on the drinks and chips and combo?s, but there is value in a cheap footlong sandwich as long asyour not picky with a cold cut trio or meatball marinara. They simply do not get the traffic to keep the bread running all dayand generally just try and keep morning bread warm. They don?t offer everything branch stores offer due to limited space andresources. They do need to have napkins and utensils available for self serve instead of just cups, lids. The real gripe heraside from hit or miss service is the cleanliness. Yes customers are messy and tables aren?t cleaned timely enough and oftenwith Walmart Employee?s occupying tables there aren?t enough for paying customers, but I?ve also certainly seen customerslounged across the 4 person leaving parties of 3 to not eat together and that?s not Subway?s fault necessarily. I think we haveto take the negative reviews with a grain of salt seeing as there will always be bad apples and many things said are notspecific to Subway. Read more
The flavors are always reliable. The biggest thing to remember here or at any sub shop is that the order in which your sandwich... is assembled truly does affect its flavor. Two sandwiches with the same ingredients, stacked differently are not created equal. Once you have that perfect taste sensation, remember how it was stacked and you'll never be disappointed again. If you're asceptic, give it a try. Just spreading mustard, mayo directly on the bread creates a different taste combination than havingthem added in the sandwich.
