Its Starbucks. Properly managed you can't tell one from the other. This one fits that description.
I'll preface this by saying that overall I have had a good experience with service and products at this location. That being... said, this is not the first (or close to the first) time I have arrived at this store within a half hour plus of the postedclosing time only to find the drive through blocked off and the store locked and actively being cleaned (This time specificallyI arrived at 7:40 when closing was posted at 8; another disgruntled customer arrived just behind me also referencing the postedclose time on their phone; have arrived pre-7:30 on other occasions with same result). I speak from experience when I say thatbusiness hours are a promise to the customer. It speaks to a business's reliability when those promises are made and not held toand can damage trust in the store. if you post hours, stick to them. Otherwise change them. That said, the people are friendlyand attentive so no slight to them, and in the middle of the business day the store runs like clockwork, sans the parking beingblocked by the drive through line which is not the fault of the store so much as the design of the location. i come here almost every morning and every single morning i walk out their door disappointed. i get the most simple drinks. like... a strawberry refresher or a black tea. and they never shake it. it taste warm and definitely not refreshing. half the time wheni order a big size there?s hardly any ice. i thought y?all had measured scoops?! i?ve seen how they shake drinks at otherstarbucks. it?s not hard to do. they don?t do it out of pure laziness. either do ur job or don?t work there at all. i felt tyrawhen she said ?it is so bad i wanna give u a 0 but that?s not possible so i give u, a 1??? I come to this Starbucks 2-3 days a week. I?ve been working through the pandemic with the public the whole time. I can... commiserate with the staff and I always wear my mask out of respect. However, I asked for a specific drink (grande iced vanillachai with an add shot, light ice). They made it wrong last week but I thought it was just a one time thing. They made it wrongagain today, it was basically all milk with no added espresso. I kindly asked for them to remake it and the girl making thedrink said something under her breath and rolled her eyes. The drink was still made wrong when they gave me my new drink. All Iask is if you make a mistake, own up to it and just fix it- no questions asked. I?m always pleasant with all the staff, but Idon?t think I?ll be coming back. This was the first and last complaint I?ll be making. To clarify, the cashier at the window wasgreat, but the barista making the drinks should learn how to take some criticism when a drink is made wrong. Read more

Came here to this location this morning, and ordered inside. Ashton was my barista and was so kind and patient and just a good... energy. They got my order fast too. Both things don?t always happen at Starbucks. Ty Ashton! Read more
