Nice Vista location, about a mile down the 78 from the 5 in a small but spacious strip mall. Pretty banal interior but it had a... lively vibe inside at 530 am and the parking lot is huge. Read more

Worst starbucks experience I've ever had. I ordered my drink 10 minutes in advance from showing up to pick it up. I waited... patiently for the drink. In the meantime, they called out two grande (medium sized) refreshers. The woman who came to pick it upspoke Spanish and said she ordered the "grande" size. Clearly a language barrier. All they had to say was she DID order thegrande size, that's the grande size. She repeatedly spoke to them in only Spanish saying she ordered the "grande" making handgestures that she ordered the large. A shorter woman with colorful pigtails and glasses just continuously told her that that isthe "grande" size. I should have stepped in, super frustrating to hear that they couldn't understand that there was a languagebarrier. After about 3 minutes going back and forth, they took her back to the register and recharged her for two ventirefreshers and took away the two grande ones. The woman left. A little while after, they messed up ANOTHER woman's drink thatasked for no fruit chunks in it. They said they would remake it and OFFERED HER THE MESSED UP ONE TO KEEP. So frustrating tohear after they just took away the other two drinks from the other lady. I FINALLY saw the tall guy making my drink going slowas a snail, using whole milk instead of half and half, and spilling it everywhere. It was handed off with little to no ice,BARELY any cold foam that I paid extra for, and with the cold foam spilling out to the sides of the cup, all over my hand. 25minutes from when I placed my order. I was late to my lunch break now. Later I stopped at another Starbucks because I was sounhappy with my drink, so they remade it for me perfectly. I've been going to Starbucks since I was a teen, even worked at onemyself and have never ever had such a bad experience. The quality of service at nearly all Starbucks stores has been on the decline over the past 2-3 years, and this store is no... exception. This morning I pre-ordered some items for pickup and identified myself upon arrival. Though there were only threeother customers in the store, no one really cared to look into my order until I again inquired at about the 30-minute mark(since placing the online order). At that point everything was discovered out of sight behind the counter. Cold. Oh, and notrays for the multiple drinks, so I was offered an exercise opportunity with multiple trips to the car. If I run this store,all my employees are being sent to Chick-Fil-A school for customer service training tomorrow. Another disappointing Starbucksvisit. Read more

On Friday I bought a gift card for a birthday of a coworker. Once my coworker tried to add the card to her account, it had... already been used somewhere else which was never used by me nor her. I had put the gift card inside a birthday card till I gaveit to her so I know that it was never used. Starbucks could not give me another one nor report it as fraud. They couldn?t eventell me where it was used. It only said there was a redemption done all in one day which was inside a birthday card. It?s awaste of money and now I have to spend more money in order to repay her the original gift. Which is embarrassing for me sinceshe thought I gave her a zero balance card. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM STARBUCKS it?s just a waste of money which they will nothelp if it gets used by someone who has the numbers even if the back Security code is not scratched off.
